Classic Clip of the Week!

'Faster' is a great song from my favourite Within Temptation album 'The Unforgiving'. Although only 5 years old, one could argue this song is not old enough to be deemed a classic yet, but I love this song and Sharon den Adel looks and sounds amazing. This Dutch metal band have been around since 1996, however it is only in recent years that the band are becoming more known universally. Unfortunately the band got tagged as an Evanescence clone, but Within Temptation are more diverse and have much better songs, and IMO are only getting better and better. If you like this track, go and buy The Unforgiving and check out more of the bands albums, you won't regret it!

In Flames latest band to sign with Nuclear Blast!

In Flames joins Paradise Lost and fellow Swedish band Opeth as the latest band to sign with Nuclear Blast. In Flames have been on Nuclear Blast before releasing 8 albums for them over the years. Hopefully a return to their heavier sound will be in order!
